About the Job:

We are currently looking out for passionate, dynamic and experienced person for the position of Assistant General Manager in Al Futtaim Motors Commercial Vehicles.
Duties / functions may include, but are not limited to the following disciplines:

Provide assistance and support to the General Manager in fulfilling the company's aim;
Assist the GM in developing, defining and guiding the company's business strategies;
Aid in conducting presentations to communicate strategic business plan;
Research and analyze target markets, and trends to support the marketing programs;
Assist in improving and enhancing the business sale, and improving customer and principal relation
Obvious focus on sales and costs to deliver exceptional service standards
Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the company's profit while ensuring the customers' satisfaction;
Oversee product movement or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products, promotions and services.
Participate in monitoring budget and the utilization of operational resources; and
Perform related duties as required.
 

Skills

Skills and experience:

To apply for this role you should have the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 -3 years diploma in a related field;
• with minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in Automotive Industry;
• Outstanding leadership techniques and ability to drive teams;
• Ability to handle and lead the team, in the absence of the General Manager;
• Ability to plan business strategies and activities to maximize commercial opportunities of the company;
• Capacity to maintain a good commercial relationship with new and existing customers;
• Possess a drive, motivation, and strong personality to influence his team to succeed;
• Knowledge in Automotive business and management principles
• With Strong Organizational and Interpersonal skills; and
• Excellent communication skills, English. Arabic is plus.
